Without the fix, games like Sega Rally 3 , H2Overdrive , and Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune were unplayable. AMD’s OpenGL drivers on Windows are notoriously poor for these specific arcade renderers. You’d get 5 FPS or a complete graphical meltdown.
Is it annoying to set up? Yes. Does it feel like performing voodoo magic with DLL files? Absolutely. But does it turn your "paperweight" AMD card into a legitimate arcade emulation beast? teknoparrot amd fix
