The scoreboard flickered. Then, in blocky, retro font, it displayed one final line: PES 2019 NEW PREMIER LEAGUE SCOREBOARD UPDATE

The clock hit 17 minutes. A small graphic slid in from the bottom: He didn’t remember installing that.
