Nakagawa watches, brushing pigeon feathers off his uniform, and says with a small smile: "At least the traffic is clear now." Nakagawa yells, floating upward
"Nakagawa! Bend over!" Ryotsu yells.
Nakagawa sighs. "It's covered in pigeon... souvenirs. But yes." Back at the police box, the station chief announces the lottery results on the radio. Everyone gathers around. Ryotsu is, predictably, asleep at his desk, drooling
Ryotsu climbs down, opens the bin, and finds a dazed, feather-covered Nakagawa holding up the lottery ticket.
