I’ve been trying to get this device to work properly for modem handshake communication, but unfortunately, the system consistently fails to detect the . Without that port, I can’t establish a reliable handshake with the modem, which is a critical part of my workflow. it cannot find the meta usb com port for modem handshake

I’ve tried reinstalling drivers, testing on multiple PCs, and checking device manager — the port simply doesn’t show up as expected. When it does appear briefly, it disappears as soon as I attempt any handshake. testing on multiple PCs
