Good for basic navigation, but know its limits

Here’s a useful, balanced review you can post for the on the Mercedes-Benz shop site (assuming it’s the SD-card-based navigation upgrade for older MB models like the W205 C-Class, W222 S-Class, etc.): http- shop.mercedes-benz.com garmin-map-pilot

Make sure your VIN is compatible before buying. Some MB models require a specific part number. Also, double-check that the SD card hasn’t been locked to another vehicle (used cards won’t work). Good for basic navigation, but know its limits

If you have an older Mercedes-Benz with the smaller screen and no factory navigation, this Garmin Map Pilot is a decent upgrade from just using your phone. Installation is simple—plug the SD card into the slot in the glove box, and the navigation icon appears. The interface feels like a standard Garmin GPS, not a premium MB system, but it works. 3/5 stars If you have an older Mercedes-Benz
