Tap Erase Everything or Confirm .
Your phone will restart and begin the reset process. This may take 2–5 minutes. Use this method if you cannot access Settings or the phone is stuck in a boot loop.
Tap Backup & Reset or Reset Phone .
Press the Power button to select it.
Scroll down and tap System (or Additional Settings on some TECNO UI versions).
Confirm by entering your phone’s lock screen password, pattern, or PIN.
Tap Factory Data Reset (sometimes labeled Erase all data ). How to Hard Reset TECNO Pop 8
Tap Reset Phone or Reset .
Wait for the process to complete. A message will appear: “Data wipe complete.”
Highlight Factory data reset (or Confirm ) and press Power . Tap Erase Everything or Confirm
Open the Settings app.
Make sure Reboot system now is highlighted and press the Power button .
