Save the file (Ctrl+S). Right-click the file again, go to Properties , and check "Read-only." This prevents the game from reverting it back to Russian.
Navigate to your game’s configuration folder. Paste this address into your Windows File Explorer address bar: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor Airborne\Config Save the file (Ctrl+S)
Change that line to: Language = ENG
Find the line that says: Language = RUS (or INT or RU ) go to Properties
