This paper explores the synergy between the FACES developmental framework and Edu Plus enrichment models in K–12 education. FACES—Focus, Application, Collaboration, Expression, Synthesis—provides a scaffold for cognitive and socioemotional growth. Edu Plus extends traditional curricula through technology, arts, and real-world problem-solving. A mixed-method review of three case schools shows that combining FACES with Edu Plus increases student engagement (24%), critical thinking scores (18%), and collaborative skills (31%).
