[A blinding flash of light erupts in the center of the Lookout. Everyone flinches. When the light fades, a tall, green-skinned being with a high-tech staff stands before them. He wears a sleeveless Supreme Kai outfit, but his insignia is the Western Galaxy symbol.]

[The episode opens on the Sacred Land of Korin. Dende, Mr. Popo, Gohan, and Trunks stand around the crystal ball at the Lookout. Goku is still missing, having rushed off at the end of Episode 1.]

"I am the West Supreme Kai. And your father, Trunks? The one you call Vegeta? He's about to make a very costly mistake."

[The void shatters. Goku’s eyes flash red for a split second—a hint of Ultra Instinct, but unstable, merged with his Saiyan core. A new form begins to emerge.] "He doesn't need to scream to transform
