Gordon Ramsay: (skeptical) "Local suppliers? I think you need to take a closer look at your supply chain. (tastes another dish) This paella is a crime. It's overcooked, underseasoned...this is an insult to the people of Valencia."
Gordon Ramsay: "Carlos, what's going on here? Your sales are down 30% in the last year. What's happening in this kitchen?"

Gordon Ramsay (voiceover): "It's been a tough road, but I think Carlos and his team have finally turned the corner. El Patio de Tapas is back to serving up delicious Spanish cuisine, and the customers are loving it. Another kitchen nightmare sorted."
(Gordon Ramsay confronts the kitchen staff and implements changes.)
Gordon Ramsay: (sarcastically) "Oh, I don't know, maybe it's because your kitchen looks like a disaster zone. (spots a cockroach scurrying across the counter) What the...?! You've got pests in here! How can you expect to run a clean kitchen with these conditions?"
