The Problem Canon officially ended support for the LBP-1120 over a decade ago. The last official drivers were for Windows 2000/XP/Server 2003 (32-bit). If you try to run the old setup.exe, it will either crash or tell you the operating system is unsupported. Windows 10 will not automatically detect it via Plug and Play. The Solution (Two Methods) You have two paths forward. Method 1 is the recommended, most stable approach. Method 2 is a hack that works but is less elegant. Method 1: Using the Generic Canon LaserShot Driver (Recommended) This method leverages a generic driver built into older Canon packages that speaks the same CAPT language as the LBP-1120.
