Contra Cesar Mega | Asterix Y Obelix
As the sun set, Obelix looked at Asterix and grinned.
One crisp autumn morning, a Roman chariot, polished to a blinding, obnoxious shine, pulled up outside the village gates. It wasn't the usual battered cart of a legionary. It was pulled by six white horses with golden bridles. From it stepped a herald wearing a helmet with a giant holographic eagle projecting above it.
"Asterix! The crystal!" Getafix shouted from the stands. Asterix y obelix contra cesar mega
He fired a net made of electric cables. It trapped Asterix. Then he stomped toward Obelix, his iron foot leaving craters in the stone.
"Caesar... Mega?" Asterix asked suspiciously. "What happened to the old Caesar?" As the sun set, Obelix looked at Asterix and grinned
He was terrifying. Half-man, half-machine. His left arm was a brass cannon. His right eye glowed red. A giant "M" was bolted onto his chest plate. When he spoke, his voice echoed from speakers hidden in the skulls of conquered kings.
Back in the village, the celebration lasted three days. Obelix ate 37 wild boars. Asterix received a new gold shield. And the fake Caesar Mega was given a small hut and forced to work as Getafix's potion-bottle cleaner. It was pulled by six white horses with golden bridles
"People of the rebel village!" the herald bellowed, his voice amplified by a strange bronze cone. "I bring a message from the new Emperor of Rome: Caesar Mega!"
Asterix, still half-tangled in the electric net, rolled toward Caesar Mega’s feet. With one final swing of his fist, he punched the crystal.
"Now, the fat one," Caesar Mega grinned.
