Finally watched and I'm officially stressed out (in a good way). This isn't just a monster movie—it's a masterclass in tension and survival guilt.
Lupita Nyong'o is heartbreaking. The cat is a legend. And my remote has never felt louder.
I was worried that watching it in 1080p at home instead of in IMAX would lose the tension, but this copy is crisp. More importantly, the sound design (even through regular speakers) is stressful in the best way. Lupita Nyong'o is phenomenal – she brings so much emotion with just her eyes and body language.
